We handle the parts that are difficult to do from abroad or in a second language: finding the right surgeon for your case, booking consultations, confirming pricing and inclusions in writing, coordinating follow-up appointments, and answering your questions throughout the process.

We are not a clinic. We do not employ surgeons. We do not perform procedures. We are not a medical provider and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. We are an information and coordination service that helps you connect with qualified professionals.
How We Make Money
Full transparency: we earn a referral fee from partner clinics when a patient we introduce proceeds with surgery. Our service is completely free to you. We are never paid by patients, and we will never recommend a surgeon or procedure that is not in your best interest — our reputation depends on honest recommendations.
Why Medellín

Our Standards
We only work with surgeons who meet specific criteria:
- Board-certified ophthalmologists registered with Colombia's ReTHUS national registry
- Members of SOCOFTAL (Colombian Society of Ophthalmology) or equivalent
- Minimum track record of thousands of completed refractive procedures
- Clinics equipped with FDA-approved laser technology (Alcon, VISX, Zeiss)
- English-speaking staff or willingness to work with our English coordination
