No medical advice or candidacy determination
Website content, calculators, forms, lead scores and matching logic are not medical advice and do not determine whether LASIK, PRK, SMILE, ICL or any other treatment is appropriate. Medical decisions belong to the patient and qualified treating professionals after appropriate evaluation.
Provider relationships
Participating providers may compensate MedellínLASIK for introductions or resulting business. An introduction is not an endorsement, guarantee of credentials, guarantee of availability or guarantee of outcome. Patients should independently verify the treating professional, clinic, procedure, device, price and follow-up plan.
Prices and outcomes
Published prices are planning ranges or examples and may change. Final prices come from providers after evaluation. Refractive surgery has risks and limitations and no visual outcome is guaranteed.
Third-party medical services
Any medical-services agreement is between the patient and the provider. MedellínLASIK does not supervise clinical care or control medical decisions.
Use of the site
Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or submit sensitive records through an intake form that tells you not to do so.
